I get it. I totally get it. This trend is a little scary. It feels a little WRONG. But lean in close, and let me tell you something...

Let's be wrong together. 

Jk, this is actually so on trend it's not even funny. So, be prepared to wear booties with your cropped denim and have your friends be all OMG LOOK AT SUSAN, SHE IS A FASHION #BOSS.

A few weeks ago, when I went to NYC, puked my brains out for 24 hours, and called it Fashion Week, I genuinely did see this everywhere. Ya know, on that one day I actually got to go to fashion week.

And when fashion week tells me to do something, I do it.

If you're new to this trend or a little nervous, then I'd suggest a low-key, black or brown bootie (like I did above). But if you're a pro, go all in with some white, leopard, or even snakeskin. 

And prepare to be the fashion #boss that you are.
