Four Brunch Outfit Tips For This Easter

As Easter is quickly approaching on April 17th, it’s time to start looking for an outfit! Some trends for this Easter are a puffy sleeved top and wide leg pants with colors like Kelly green, tangerine, and of course pastels. Whether you’re looking for something new, or up-cycling clothes you already have, you can definitely have a trendy look for this Easter Sunday.

BEFORE EASTER ARRIVES:

  • Ask yourself: what does my schedule look like? Will I be going out to brunch with family and friends? Are you attending a church service that might be outside? These questions can help you pick out your outfit!

  • Another important factor is the weather. If it’s going to be on the warmer side, I recommend choosing a flowy dress, and maybe having a cardigan to bring along just in case it’s cold anywhere you go indoors.

  • Think ahead. If you need to order something to wear, go ahead and order it! This will prevent any future headaches with an outfit not fitting right on Easter Sunday, or not arriving in time.

1:  Babydoll Puffy Sleeve Dress:

This is a perfect, easy outfit for Easter. Fitting right along with trendy pastel Easter colors, the blush pink is a key to your look this year! Also on-trend is the squared neckline to stand out on the plain dress. This gives you the opportunity to get creative and be bold with any accessories. Whether you choose a simple, dainty necklace or a statement piece, your look can easily be complete with only two items.

2. A Kelly-Green Floral Dress:

Kelly Green has been taking over the fashion world, dating back to being featured in collections of brands like Adam Lippes, Three As Four, and Kate Spade New York towards the end of 2021. My favorite part about this trend is how vibrant it is, you definitely catch eyes on you when you walk in the door.

3. Wide-legged Pants:

As possibly the most comfortable option, it’s also a basic way to follow the spring 2022 trends. The wide-legged pants were definitely hot in the 90’s throughout the mid 2000s, and they are back and here to stay for a while! Again, one important factor in deciding on what to wear for Easter is to check the weather. If it’s cool outside, the wide-legged pants are definitely the go-to. If you’re wondering what type of top to wear, look at shirts you have in your closet that you can tuck-in! Pull out the old colorful puff-sleeved top and pair it with wide-legged pants, and you have a perfect Easter outfit.

Another way to make this trend fun is to pick out your favorite shoes! Depending on what your schedule looks like for Easter, choose comfort just to be safe. Although heels are normally the top option -and look great- mules are also really in right now, so if you aren’t a heels type, don’t sweat it. You can look good no matter what type of shoes you choose to wear!

4. Accessories:

Like mentioned, shoes and jewelry are a huge part of making up the outfit you decide on. Another few options to add to the look are handbags, clips and hats. These accessories are a true way to show your personality, so really have fun with this one. Not only does a cute handbag allow you to take things with you without having to hold on to them, but they add such a sophisticated look without even really trying. Someone has to bring the Easter eggs after all, so you can easily carry them in your purse. Hats are always a cute go-to for the spring and summer seasons. It’s an easy way to complete your outfit, and will also save you some time fixing your hair!

This Easter, pick something you feel confident and comfortable in. Enjoy this day with your family and friends and tag me in all your outfits so I can see and repost them. Thank you so much to all my followers and supporters. Have a great time choosing an outfit and hopping on some spring trends, I love you all.
